How does OneAnswer AI work?

OneAnswer AI sends your question to three AI providers simultaneously (OpenAI, Google Gemini, and Anthropic Claude). In "picking" mode, it selects the best response. In "meta-fusion" mode, it synthesizes a single optimized answer combining the best of each provider's response.

Is my data private?

Yes. The app does not collect any personal information. Your conversations are stored only on your device — we have no access to them. The server only stores an anonymous device identifier and quota counters. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open your iPhone Settings > tap your name > Subscriptions > select OneAnswer AI > Cancel Subscription. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

I purchased credits but they don't show up

Open the upgrade screen in the app and tap "Restore Purchases". This will sync your purchases with our server. If the issue persists, try restarting the app. If credits still don't appear, contact us using the email below.

The app is slow or not responding

AI processing can take up to 30 seconds depending on the complexity of your question and the current load on AI providers. Please ensure you have a stable internet connection. If the issue persists, try closing and reopening the app. If the problem continues, contact us.
