By using OneAnswer AI ("the app"), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the app.

Service Description

OneAnswer AI is an intelligent assistant that simultaneously queries multiple AI providers (OpenAI, Google Gemini, and Anthropic Claude) and delivers a single optimized answer. The app supports text queries, image analysis, and PDF document analysis.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app to generate illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable content.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the app or its backend services.
• Attempt to circumvent quota limits, rate limits, or other usage restrictions.
• Use automated tools or bots to access the service.
• Violate the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.

AI-Generated Content

• Responses are generated automatically by third-party AI models and are not guaranteed for accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness.
• OneAnswer AI does not substitute professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise).
• You assume full responsibility for how you use and act upon the responses provided.

Subscriptions and Payments

• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription in iOS Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions.
• Refunds: Refunds are managed exclusively by Apple. Contact Apple Support to request a refund.
• Consumable Credits: Query packs are one-time purchases. Once credited to your account, they are non-refundable.

Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. OneAnswer AI and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service, including but not limited to reliance on AI-generated content.

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 12 years old to use this app.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
